Coaching Philosophy
My Coaching involves a dialogue between me as a coach and a client with the aim of supporting the client to reach a goal. It blends the best concepts from business, psychology, philosophy, sports and spirituality. But, while coaching borrows heavily from those practices, it is a distinctly different support role to that of a consultant, therapist or mentor.
My role as a coach is to partner with the client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching considers the client as a self-directed individual who is in charge of their journey and wanting to move from where they are now, to where they want to be.
I am your advocate, a sounding board, a cheerleader, an accountability partner and your supporter. I will help you to discover the answers within yourselve. During this process I will help clarify your values, beliefs, feelings, perceptions and ideas, and will create a safe space for you to identify your barriers, challenges, strengths, knowledge, and skills.
Coaching Approach
I use the following process in my sessions

The Coaching Agreement
Defining and agreeing on the topic, issue or problem which you would like to cover in the coaching session.

Gap Analysis
Exploration your current situation (strengths, weaknesses, motivations etc.) in the context of the problem, goals or objectives.

Clarification of the Situation
Defining your goals or objectives for the session.

Action Planning
Supporting you to set goals that will help you move forward, with actions and steps that are meaningful and relevant.

Accountability
Support you to identify accountable measures and/or deadlines for achievements.
